IVth FOX HUNT
The IVth Fox Hunt was held on 4th June 2000 at Coimbatore, the Southern Manchester of India. About 25 teams participated in the Fox Hunt which started at 9.30 a.m. IST. The Fox hole was nearly 30 Kilometers north of Coimbatore. The first team that spotted the Fox was headed by VU3NKK (Krishnakumar) along with VU3LKK(Latha) and VU2LDH (Prasad). The second place gone to the team consisted of VU2WDY (Vijayan), VU2ANT (Kanaku) and VU2BBT(Rajendran) and the third gone to the team consisted of VU2GVG (Dhaj), VU2DDR (Dev) and SWL Sridhar. VU2 DVP (Vidhi), one of the Senior Hams of Coimbatore and DXCC Award Winner gave away the trophies. All the participants enjoyed the fun and also the delicious food .
